“SiK” Eats was born from a love of food and drink, and the desire to share reviews and recommendations with others. Silas K Holden, founder of the website and food blog goes by the name “Si K” for short. After discovering that the slang term “sik” means excellent, he decided to go with “SiK” Eats as the name.
